This would be a really fun idea.

I think CP could improve if they made other games, and in the Pizza Parlor, and Coffee shop you sign up for the job as waiter and if you get the job you take peoples orders and actually give it to them instead of making a sign over your head for Pizza or Coffee!

Thats what I always wanted in Club Penguin but they never thought of that!
