1.To make a screen shot press the Print Screen/SysRq button next to the F12 button
2.Open paint(Start>All programs>Accessories>Paint)
3.Paste(Edit>Paste)
4.Crop and resize if it's needed
5.File>Save As...
6.Upload your shot on a image hosting site, maybe Tinypic.com
(a.FILE is selected b.click browse c.find image from step 5 d.optional resize e.press upload
7.copy image code(highlight>right click>copy)
8.Paste the code you copied from step nine(right click>paste)
