hey guys!

With the 2nd Annivesery people are saying the free item that will be handed out will be a blue and black PARTY HAT!
Well seeing as the 1st year Annviesery free item was a blue and green PARTY HAT
and the BETA club penguin party was a yellow and purple PARTY HAT things just might be true!
